Journaling is an incredibly effective technique for stress management and is a practice that I have got considerable benefit from over the past few years. 

During the workshop I will teach you how to journal and explain the crucial role it plays in helping you achieve a more calm and balanced life.

✧ A copy of the slides and a personal worksheet filled with prompts for you to take away and begin your own journey
